Who owns the site once it is built?
You do, and you can pass it to your client. It is an ordinary WordPress site with its own admin login, so there is nothing to unlock or buy out.
What happens to a preview nobody claims?
It stays up for 14 days. After that, it shows an expiry notice over the page; nothing underneath is deleted, and the owner can still claim it.
How many results do I get per search?
Depends on the niche and the city—plumbers in a big metro can run 40-80; small towns land 10-30. Every one gets the full treatment.
Is the data live or from a database?
